emon域名被盜?被轉(zhuǎn)入godaddy的找回過(guò)程

這篇文章草擬于2011年11月24日，草稿可以在愛(ài)晴皇島的新浪博客上看到，因?yàn)榻诤芏鄀Nom域名被盜的案例，站長(zhǎng)們找到我，讓我分享一些案例，我就把之前的這篇文章豐富了一下，加上后來(lái)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，發(fā)表到我自己的網(wǎng)站專(zhuān)欄里。希望能讓站長(zhǎng)朋友得到一點(diǎn)借鑒參考。

2011年11月11日，有一位站長(zhǎng)用旺旺聯(lián)系我。說(shuō)他的域名被盜。enom被盜到godaddy ，

我說(shuō)讓他自己聯(lián)系enom，然后我負(fù)責(zé)給他聯(lián)系godaddy,他說(shuō)他英文水平實(shí)在是不行。讓我全權(quán)幫他處理。

先聯(lián)系godaddy ,godaddty讓聯(lián)系eNom, 聯(lián)系enom，同時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給godaddy。

郵件發(fā)送后，馬上就收到eNom的一封郵件：

Thank you for contacting Account Help. If you have not yet contacted our technical support department regarding your issue, please do so immediately in order to get the fastest response. Our dedicated support team will be happy to research your inquiry and are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call us at 1-425-274-4500 or use our Help Center to submit a support ticket for online assistance: www.enom.com/help.

If you have already contacted technical support, we will review your email and respond as soon as possible.

這是eNom的自動(dòng)回復(fù)。

過(guò)了一天，又收到一封郵件

Thank you for contacting Account Help. The account, ****ian008, and domains have been locked for security purposes. In order to verify account ownership, please submit the following information and documentation:

- Government issued photo ID (Scan or Digital Photo of a Passport, etc.) Do not modify or edit in any way.

- Scan or digital photo of the Front and Back of the credit card used on the account (First six numbers and last four numbers need to be visible, black out the others.)

- First Page of the corresponding Credit Card Statement. Transactions can be blacked out.

- Documentation showing ownership of the account/domains: Business License, Receipt of sale, Articles of Incorporation, etc.

Please be sure to include your Login ID with all correspondence.

意思是讓我們上傳身份證、信用卡、訂單、公司的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照等。

我們只有身份證，當(dāng)時(shí)賬戶沒(méi)有綁定信用卡，續(xù)費(fèi)也是push到淘寶代人續(xù)費(fèi)的賣(mài)家那里讓別人代續(xù)費(fèi)的，也沒(méi)有公司的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照。

我很奇怪，本來(lái)我的賬戶還是能訪問(wèn)的，可是我們發(fā)了申訴信后，他們居然把我的賬戶鎖定了。

我們上傳了身份證后，收到郵件：

We will require an un-edited photo of your ID. The ID must be in english.

意思是上傳英文證件。

我們就做了翻譯，蓋上雙語(yǔ)公章必不可少。上傳后收到他們的兩封來(lái)信，意思是我的賬戶已經(jīng)被重置，并且分兩封信，一封發(fā)來(lái)了賬戶，一封發(fā)來(lái)了重置后的賬戶密碼。

本來(lái)我們的賬戶沒(méi)有被鎖定，他們先把我們的賬戶鎖定后，驗(yàn)證了身份，又把我們的賬戶解鎖，這讓我們有點(diǎn)苦笑不得(后來(lái)不斷接觸eNom才知道，他們幾乎都要走這一流程)。于是我們又發(fā)信告訴他們我們的域名已經(jīng)被轉(zhuǎn)移到了godaddy，eNom又發(fā)來(lái)郵件。讓我們聯(lián)系他們的轉(zhuǎn)移部門(mén)，并且告訴我們電子郵箱地址。

按照他們給的郵箱聯(lián)系，結(jié)果郵件卻如石牛入海，一封也不回復(fù)，我們同時(shí)把給eNom的郵件給godaddy，godaddy倒是有郵件必回，從godaddy那里我們了解到了進(jìn)展，說(shuō)eNom已經(jīng)在聯(lián)系他們，讓我們耐心等待。這確實(shí)符合ICANN的規(guī)則，因?yàn)橐?guī)則里寫(xiě)如果域名被盜，應(yīng)聯(lián)系我們的注冊(cè)商，對(duì)于eNom的轉(zhuǎn)移部門(mén)從來(lái)不回復(fù)郵件，這態(tài)度真的不敢恭維。

過(guò)了兩周后，終于收到eNom轉(zhuǎn)移部門(mén)的來(lái)信，讓我們填一個(gè)文檔，文檔內(nèi)容如下：

SAMPLE AFFIDAVIT

Before me, the undersigned notary public, this day ________ (Date), _ (Losing Registrant Name) appeared, who being duly sworn according to law, deposes the following:

I/We _ _ (Losing Registrant Name) hereby confirm that the domain name(s) _ _ was/were registered to _ _ (Losing Registrant Full Name) of the Company _____ (Losing Registrant Company Name) until _ _ (Date of Transfer Away to Registrar ****).

I/We _ (Losing Registrant Name / Company Name) further affirm that I/we did not wish to Transfer our domain name(s) to Registrar **** from our Registrar _ _ (Name of Losing Registrar) on _ _ (Date of Transfer Away to Registrar *****).

Subscribed and sworn to before me this __________ day of _______________, 20___.

并且說(shuō)要到公證處去公證。我們填好表后，去公證處辦公證，沒(méi)想到公證處說(shuō)不能辦理這個(gè)公證，說(shuō)他們不知道內(nèi)容是什么，我們就把這個(gè)文檔翻譯了之后再到公證處，并且解釋了很久公證處才給辦。這里要提醒大家一句，辦的公證一定是中英雙語(yǔ)的，不然辦了之后還要翻譯。

辦公證大約花了300塊，大概3天時(shí)間公證處的文件才下來(lái)。

掃描給eNom的轉(zhuǎn)移部門(mén)，同時(shí)發(fā)給了godaddy的轉(zhuǎn)移部門(mén)。

大概又過(guò)了一周后，eNom聯(lián)系我們讓我們提供一個(gè)godaddy的賬戶，說(shuō)域名可以push到我的godaddy賬戶里，我把新注冊(cè)的godaddy賬戶同時(shí)提供給eNom和godaddy，又過(guò)了三天，域名終于到了我的godaddy賬號(hào)里，至此，我又取得了我的域名的控制權(quán)。

希望eNom被盜轉(zhuǎn)到別的公司的站長(zhǎng)朋友看此文后能得到一點(diǎn)啟發(fā)，早日找回自己的域名。
