分享幾封常用的郵件模板:有人問我最近用得比較多的開發(fā)郵件有哪些?其實(shí)說不準(zhǔn),我會(huì)針對(duì)不同的客戶分別去寫,下單多都是幾個(gè)老客戶。新客戶也是由老客戶推薦居多,偶爾會(huì)遇到幾個(gè)從社媒或者B2B平臺(tái)來(lái)的客戶。


我會(huì)借助最近促銷季的思路,給客戶發(fā)一下類似下面的郵件,大家可以參考一下:

Dear xxx,


Greetings.

We manufacture xxx products. during this hot sale season, Our price will be cheaper at least 10% than your current supplier for the same quality products.

Free samples and E-catalog will be provided if needed.

Here attached one hot sale list for reference.(根據(jù)客戶的實(shí)際情況做的清單)

Looking for further discussion.


對(duì)于之前跟進(jìn)過,但是沒有確定的客戶,也會(huì)根據(jù)不同客戶用下面這個(gè):


Dear xxx

Time flies. Hope you everything goes perfect during this year.


Do you have any purchase plan for year 2023. If you have any inquiry about http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and some other products. (這里寫上你們的產(chǎn)品,就是客戶可能會(huì)感興趣的產(chǎn)品) We would like to send you free samples for them.


Kindly feel free to contact us if you are interested in them.

Here we attached one list for the products you required before. just part of it. most of the price was updated.

If you need other items price, pls get back to me at this week.

接下來(lái)的郵件,你可以用郵件組進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)。一封附上生產(chǎn)線圖片,一封附上公司簡(jiǎn)介的,一封附上展廳的,一封附上出貨的,一封附上客戶反饋的,還有公司證書類等。針對(duì)不同的客戶用不同的方式跟進(jìn),這樣幾封郵件來(lái)回,客戶對(duì)你也有了更深入的了解。


如果客戶有實(shí)單,這一系列操作下來(lái),基本都會(huì)收到回復(fù)。沒有就換一種方式,比如打個(gè)電話問是否有收到我們的報(bào)價(jià)和郵件等。
